Dhani Pirawali is named in memory of a 'Pir' (Sufi saint or revered figure). 'Dhani' refers to a small settlement amidst fields. Currently, Mr. Pawan Kumar serves as the Sarpanch, leading efforts to develop paved roads and clean water infrastructure in this once small hamlet, now a well-organized village.

The social environment of Dhani Pirawali is peaceful and wholesome. Residents are hardworking and straightforward.
